South Carolina Weather Alert: Damaging Winds and Tornado Threat From 1–8 p.m. Monday

Columbia, SC – Severe storms are expected to impact much of South Carolina from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday, bringing the threat of damaging winds, isolated tornadoes, and large hail.

According to the National Weather Service in Columbia, a line of strong thunderstorms will sweep across the state this afternoon and evening, affecting areas including Columbia, Greenville, Augusta, Orangeburg, and Sumter.
