GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The families of three victims in the deadly New Year’s Eve crash filed a lawsuit against the suspect and three restaurants citing negligence.
On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, Nicholas Meeks was driving a BMW sedan when his vehicle collided with an SUV carrying four individuals. Troopers said Meeks was under the influence at the time of the crash.
