The Anderson County Coroner’s office is investigating the death of Kellie Cason Griffin of Williamston.
Griffin, 60, died Tuesday afternoon in a multi-vehicle accident on Michelin Boulevard and Roush Street after colliding with an Anderson Electric City transit bus.
A preliminary investigation determined Griffin was traveling on Michelin Boulevard when her vehicle crossed the center line and hit the bus head-on. Thirteen people on the bus were injured, with eight taken to AnMed in Anderson. Two people were flown to Prisma in Greenville, and three refused treatment at the scene…
