WASHINGTON, D.C. (WCHS) — A top fugitive from West Virginia was arrested in South Carolina in connection to a 2019 murder that occurred in eastern Kentucky, U.S. marshals said.
Charles Ray Blevins, 38, of Williamson, W.Va., was wanted for charges of first-degree murder and being a felon with a firearm in Kentucky after allegedly shooting and killing a man in South Williamson in July 2019, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service.
