The former “Baby Bi-Lo” site in downtown Greenville’s North Main neighborhood has been sold.
Greenville-based Oxford Capital Partners purchased the approximately three-acre site at 505 N. Main St. in a joint venture with Northpond Partners, a Chicago-based real estate developer. Harrison Horowitz, owner of Oxford Capital Partners, said they closed on the property on April 2.
The development partners plan to redevelop the existing 40,000-square-foot shopping center into high-quality, Class A commercial space. A mix of new retail tenants will be established in the shopping center to serve the surrounding community.
