CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – A new lawsuit claims a popular Shem Creek restaurant oversold a customer and didn’t stop them from harassing someone else.
The suit says plaintiff and patron Mia Maupin was just trying to enjoy a night out at The Shelter Kitchen + Bar when another customer started stalking and harassing her. She claims in the documents that The Shelter didn’t do enough to stop them.
