Details of a long rumored multi-billion major investment in Spartanburg County were revealed late Monday. Investment firm NorthMark Strategies will establish the company’s first South Carolina operation with a $2.8 billion a state-of-the-art computing center to support businesses in the engineering and technology sectors.
Once operational, the facility will generate its own power on-site, ensuring minimal impact on the power grid.
