SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. ( WSPA ) — Head of custodial services at a South Carolina elementary school gets a surprise party for his 80th birthday.
Students and staff at Cannons Elementary School lined the hallways, holding signs and wearing funny t-shirts to honor Punzel Frenanders with a “Punzel Birthday Parade.”
