Greenville Planning Commission recommends Pleasantburg zoning change

Approved: Comprehensive plan updates

The commission reviewed and voted on an update to the Future Land Use Map in the Comprehensive Plan.

The proposed change would alter the land designation of the southernmost point of the intersection at South Pleasantburg Drive and LeGrand Boulevard. The proposed change would overturn the “urban node mixed use” designation but retain the designation of “corridor mixed use,” noting that area is more aligned with traditional commercial uses.
