GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – An Upstate charter school principal is responding to the Greenville County School District after it released a statement addressing ‘concerns’ over State Aid to Classrooms.
On Monday, the superintendent for the school district, W. Burke Royster, announced his budget proposal for the next school year, which included not raising taxes.
