Table 301 Hospitality is expanding again, adding a sports tavern in a partnership with the Greenville Drive.
Lefty’s West End Tavern will open at 941 S. Main Street with a projected opening date set for this summer. The restaurant space, next to left field entrance to Fluor Field, was previously occupied by The Bellwether Public House and Liberty Tap Room. The Bellwether closed in September 2024, and Liberty tap Room closed in 2021.
“Right over the left field fence,” said Craig Brown, owner of the Greenville Drive, in a released statement. “That helped influence the name along with the overall sports-orientation of the term, ‘Lefty.’ It felt like a sports bar name, had a casual feel to it, nothing pretentious, and most of all, it felt welcoming.”…
