COLUMBIA, S.C. (WSPA) — A University of South Carolina who went missing from his Upstate hometown nearly three weeks ago was found dead in the Congaree River over the weekend.
Donaven Dempsey, 18, went missing on May 8, after leaving Spartanburg to return to Columbia.
