GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division said an Upstate woman is in custody after she tried to help conceal a crime.
Lorraine Ashley Howard, 43, was arrested on Monday and charged with bribery.
