MACON COUNTY, Ga. — After nearly 50 years of heartbreak and unanswered questions, the family of Oscar Nedd will finally be able to lay their loved one to rest this weekend.
Nedd, a Central Georgia native from Macon County who disappeared in 1975, was identified last year after authorities matched his remains to a decades-old cold case, according to Greenville County officials.
