A former movie theater site in Greenville is being transformed into a mixed-use development.
The property will be redeveloped into Backyard at Pelham, a 30,000-square-foot development featuring a mix of dining, entertainment and retail, according to a news release. With construction now officially underway, the project at 10 Beacon Drive is slated to open by fall 2026.
This site is the former Regal 10 movie theater. Regal 10 opened in 1993, and closed in 2001. The old marquee sign was taken down, but the Backyard at Pelham sign has been designed to pay homage to that design, according to SVN…
