GREENVILLE, SC. (WSPA) – A major housing development could soon rise on North Main Street in Greenville, replacing two prominent properties with a mixed-use project that includes up to 650 apartments.
The proposed development would be built on the site of the vacant Greenville Municipal Courthouse and the adjacent American Legion building. The plan includes three buildings, one reaching up to 14 stories, located at the corner of North Main Street and North Academy Street. Renderings show approximately 750 parking spaces on-site.
