ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – An Upstate woman died Wednesday due to heat exhaustion.
According to the Anderson County Coroner’s Office, the woman was outside in extreme temperatures and died due to hyperthermia. Her death was ruled accidental.
