DEA: Upstate man linked to 74+ kilos of cocaine said he owed ‘cartel source’ $1.4M

ANDERSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – An Upstate man is facing a federal charge stemming from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Court records indicate Mayo Pickens of Anderson is charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
