GREER, S.C. (WSPA) – The Greer Police Department reported that one person was arrested and another injured following an altercation at a restaurant in Greer.
Authorities said that at approximately 3:20 p.m., officers were called out to the Copper River Grill at East Wade Hampton Boulevard regarding two men in an altercation.
