The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is investigating former Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright on allegations of misconduct.
SLED spokesperson Renee Wunderlich confirmed that agents began investigating Wright’s conduct in September 2024. More information will be forthcoming, she said.
