GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Cluster housing — a type of development that allows more housing units on smaller plots of land — is now causing a cluster of pushback among Upstate officials and residents.
On Tuesday night, Greenville County Council was set to vote on an ordinance that would ban future cluster developments. Instead, members voted to postpone the vote, in order to take a closer look at the policy.
