GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – With new housing developments rapidly expanding across the Upstate, Greenville County officials said they’re working to address the strain on infrastructure, schools, and traffic by passing some costs to developers.
The county is considering implementing one-time impact fees on new construction fees similar to those recently adopted by municipalities like Fountain Inn.
