Multi-Vehicle Accident Closes Clemson Boulevard

A serious multi-vehicle accident involving at least seven vehicles occurred Wednesday afternoon on Clemson Boulevard (Highway 123) near Seneca, leading to the highway’s closure from Seneca to Clemson. The incident, logged at 6:49 PM, necessitated a multi-agency emergency response including Corinth-Shiloh Volunteer Fire Department, Clemson University Fire and EMS, Seneca Fire, Seneca Rescue, Prisma Health EMS, University EMS, the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office, and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
