Luke Bryan revealed he “got COVID,” which prompted him to postpone or cancel some of his recent performances, and he said he’s still “not 100%” yet.
The five-time Entertainer of the Year shared more details with his crowd in Greenville, South Carolina. A fan-recorded video shared on TikTok showed Bryan telling the audience “three weeks ago, I got COVID.” Some concertgoers appeared to give a sympathetic “aw,” and others “booed.” Bryan said “you can ‘boo’ that sh*t all you want, but I got it. And I had to cancel some shows, and now I’m back.
“But I am not 100% because it’s still kicking my a**. And you know what? I don’t give a sh*t,” he continued. “When I can sing, I’m gonna sing, and when I can’t, y’all are gonna sing, alright? And you’re gonna see me hack. I can’t take any more medicine. I can’t do anything else but just try to breathe. Anyway, we’re gonna have fun tonight. We’re gonna make the most of it.”…
