Proposed high-density subdivision in Piedmont denied by planning commission

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – For the second time in less than a year, a high-density subdivision in a rural Piedmont community faces the Greenville County Planning Commission.

Although the Greenville County Planning Commission approved the Owen’s Glen subdivision in August 2024, the developers failed to secure sewer access. The plan ultimately died.
