Bryan Beal with Innovative Hospitality and Development (IHD) and his partners have brought the city of Fountain Inn several popular go-to spots such as The Mill at Fountain Inn and Fountain Inn Brewing but now they are turning their focus toward a new project – the old gas station at 101 S. Main St.
IHD purchased the property in the fall of 2024 and expect to break ground in the next few months with a completion date aimed at early 2026.
Beal estimates the property has been abandoned for ten or more years and he and the IHD team are prepared to bring something new and fresh to the downtown Fountain Inn area…
