GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – Governor Henry McMaster will join with representatives from NASCAR Wednesday morning to celebrate one of NASCAR’s biggest events and the kick off the state’s Sober or Slammer campaign.
McMaster will be joined by Ross Chastain, a member of Trackhouse Racing and spokesman for South Carolina’s Sober or Slammer campaign.
The Sober or Slammer campaign emphasizes the importance of driving sober or designating a sober driver if alcohol or drugs have been used, while also highlighting the consequences of driving while under the influence.
