SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The United States Department of Justice announced that an Blacksburg man was sentenced after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute meth.
Officials reported that on April 19, 2024, Spartanburg County deputies pulled Daniel Mac Wentz over for a traffic stop. Wentz, 46, had 88 grams of meth and a loaded pistol in his vehicle.
The investigation revealed that Wentz was connected to an Upstate drug trafficking ring, officials said.
