Bon Secours launches internal medicine residency program, new clinic

Ensuring an adequate pipeline of highly skilled talent is one of the most common challenges facing organizations and companies in a region like Greenville that is experiencing rapid growth, and health care is no exception.

Meeting this challenge is among the reasons Bon Secours recently launched an internal medicine residency program at its St. Francis downtown campus.

But the program is about far more than meeting staffing needs. At its heart, the new program seeks to advance the level of health care available to area patients, according to Marc Ciesco, residency program director.
