Zymir Demarco Smith was only 7 months old when he was shot in the neck on August 3 after several unknown suspects fired multiple rounds into an apartment at 314 Collins Avenue in Spartanburg.
Spartanburg County EMS drove Smith to Spartanburg Medical Center, where he later died around 5 a.m.
