Man charged following armed robbery at Dollar General in Greenville, deputies say

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said a man has been charged following an armed robbery incident on Thursday.

According to the sheriff’s office, 38-year-old Tiizen John Dorsey went into a Dollar General on Wade Hampton Boulevard with a gun and stole over $300 around 5 p.m.

Deputies said Dorsey was taken into custody a short time later and charged with armed robbery, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and petit larceny.

Officials clarified that a shooting did not take place during this incident and no one was hurt…
