City of Greenville seeks public opinion on GVL2040 plan

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Passed by City Council in February 2021, GVL2040 is a comprehensive plan that the City of Greenville is using to shape its growth. Now that we’re in 2025, the City is updating the plan with new data and goals.

City leaders say they intend to use this opportunity to “reaffirm their commitment to the priorities of affordable housing, open space and the environment, and transportation and mobility.”
