Approved: Enclave Laurens first phase
The commission reviewed the final plans for the first phase of Enclave Laurens, an upcoming mixed-use development. The project is planned near the intersection of North Pleasantburg Drive, Laurens Road and Airport Road.
The project includes:
- 88,000 square feet of commercial space
- 60,000 square feet of office space
- A 125-room hotel
- 400 multifamily residential units, of which 10% will be workforce house for those earning 80% or less of the area’s median income. The 10% will be set aside for a period of 20 years.
Its first phase will total 4,000 square feet of retail area and 244 residential units. The application noted a connection to the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail and a parking garage with 369 spaces with an additional 37 spaces for on-street parking.
