WATCH: Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office runoff debate

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Two candidates for Spartanburg County sheriff go head-to-head in FOX Carolina’s studios to help voters decide before they return to the polls on Aug. 19.

Former Highway Patrol Trooper Bill Rhyne and Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger were the top two finalists in the primary election for the sheriff’s position.
