TRAVELERS REST, S.C. (WSPA) – A new addition to a historic park in Travelers Rest is helping the community to eat healthy while bringing people from all walks of life together.
Potatoes, tomatoes, squash and beans are some of the produce visitors are able to take home with them from a new community garden in Athens Park. Travelers Rest city leaders said they jump-started the initiative in April.
