Simpsonville advances updates to short-term rental rules: City Council notes

Council advanced an updated ordinance regarding short-term rentals. If approved, the updates include:

  • Defining an adult as someone at least 21 years old.
  • Changing the time associated with a short-term rental from six consecutive months to 30 days.
