SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A man was hospitalized after being shot in his arm Sunday night.
The Spartanburg Police Department said that it responded to a shooting near Prince Hall Apartments around 11:20 p.m. Officers observed several casings on the roadway.
