Upstate man charged with lottery fraud

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — A Spartanburg County man was placed under arrest for reportedly stealing lottery tickets from his place of employment.

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged 20-year-old Luke Michael Nickles, of Boiling Springs, with intent to defraud and counterfeit lottery/game tickets on Wednesday, September 3.
