Man accused in deadly Greenville hotel shooting denied bond

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Officials said a man charged in connection to a deadly shooting at a Greenville hotel has been denied bond.

The Greenville Police Department said Eric Davis Jr. was identified as the prime suspect on June 25. He was arrested by the US Marshals Carolina’s Regional Fugitive Taskforce in Asheville on murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Officials said Davis Jr., along with his father Eric Davis Sr. and Lashun Moreland, got into an altercation with the victim, 22-year-old Roger Treyvond Robinson. on June 19. Robinson was shot and passed away at the hospital.
