Upstate community college employee accused of deleting user data

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – An Upstate community college employee is accused of tampering with user data at the school.

According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, 52-year-old Reaj Islam was arrested Thursday and charged with first degree Computer Crime Act, value exceeds $10,000.

A warrant stated that Islam accessed Spartanburg Community College’s network and deleted user data from their database…
