ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A man was arrested after an animal abuse tip led to deputies discovering multiple dead dogs inside a home.
In early September, Anderson County deputies and Animal Control said they responded to a residence on Camelot Drive in regards to dogs being mistreated.
