Commission finds probable cause in ethics complaints against former Upstate sheriff

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina State Ethics Commission appears to have found probable cause in multiple investigations surrounding former Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright.

Four complaints involving Wright have been changed to a “pending” status from the ethics commission, indicating probable cause has been found to continue with their investigation.
