SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The family of a man who was killed by a Spartanburg Methodist College campus safety officer in 2024 has filed a lawsuit.
On Sept. 26, Victor Figueroa Roblero’s family filed the lawsuit against the school, the campus safety department and Officer Michael McCrary for negligence, carelessness and recklessness.
