SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA)- He’s bringing a little Chicago to the South! You may recognize Bill McLellan from his restaurant at Monarch Cafe in Spartanburg.
McLellan said he loves Southern food but missed the large portions of seafood he made when living in Chicago, so he’s opened McClellan’s Fish and Chicken on the south side of Spartanburg.
McLellan traveled the country opening Ruth’s Chris Steak Houses but settled in Spartanburg in 2008…
