SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – Spartanburg police are investigating a shooting after a 18-year-old was shot in the face.
Police said at 7:45 p.m., they responded to a shooting at an apartment complex on Hanover Place. An 18-year-old was found on scene with a gunshot wound to the face, police said.
Witnesses reported that the victim and another person were leaving their apartment in a vehicle when shots were then fired. One round entered through the windshield, grazing the victim’s face…
