SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – The City of Spartanburg hosted the International Festival at Barnet Park, a decades old event where people can showcase and learn about different cultures.
“No matter where you’re from we have the same blood, we are all the same. I’m Samuel from Haiti. I come to tell you that we are all the same. Look at all the different countries,” said Samuel, a Haiti volunteer.
Every year on the first Saturday in October, thousands get together at Barnett Park to celebrate different cultures from other countries…
