P+F Construction, an Upstate general contracting, design-build and construction management firm, recently announced the expansion and relocation of its headquarters to a newly renovated 15,000-square-foot industrial facility in Fountain Inn. The move to 311 Dale Drive, in conjunction with the company’s five year anniversary, marks a significant milestone for the growing company.
“What started as a two-person team in 2020 has grown into more than 20 professionals working both in the field and in the office,” said Will Prescott, co-founder and VP of Operations at P+F Construction. “We quickly outgrew our 1,200-square-foot space on Main St., and this expansion gives us the capacity to invest in our people, strengthen training for staff and trade partners, and host owner and project meetings that help us deliver every project with the highest level of quality.”
