Approved: Gaslight Bar and Grill
An application was brought before the board for a special exception permit to operate a bar or nightclub after midnight in a business general district. The bar, Gaslight Bar and Grill, is located at 600 Keith Drive in Greenville’s Downtown Airport District.
The bar recently came under new ownership, which required the application to be applied for again since special exceptions are not transferrable. It has been operating until midnight since February with a zoning permit from the Technical Advisory Committee…
