A fugitive from the Upstate is in custody after being apprehended in North Georgia, late last week. The Stephens County Sheriff’s Office says, Cody Price was arrested after a traffic stop.
Deputies say Price originally gave them a fake name and birthdate, before trying to run on foot. He was taken into custody after a short foot chase. Price was wanted in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson counties and was wanted by the South Carolina Department of Parole.
