SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office and Spartanburg Sheriff’s Office responded to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center late Sunday in reference to the result of a shooting.
Officials said the shooting took place Sunday evening at a residence on Woodruff Lane in Moore, SC.
